Performance Analysis of a Hybrid Security Algorithm for Secure Cloud Environment

Encryption algorithms are critical in ensuring the security of information today's rapidly evolving internet and network applications. These especially important for internet-based dynamic applications storage methods like cloud computing, which require high reliability, scalability, autonomy to enable ubiquitous access. Given prevalence computing our everyday routines, data has emerged as a major concern, particularly non-technical users. To address this effectiveness two widely used symmetric key encryption algorithms, AES Blowfish, terms throughput, power consumption, speed, been analyzed compared. Based on simulation results, it is clear that outperforms Blowfish when flaws put into consideration. It should be noted, however, requires more processing power. As result, proposed efficient hybrid algorithm seeks combine benefits both approaches an system, thereby improving environment while optimizing resource utilization. According performance analysis, approach excellent solution encrypting decrypting files with large block sizes longer keys, well defending against Man Middle (MitM) attacks.
